Wow. This is tasting incredible. Perfect balance of fruity, floral, and sour. Super impressive, every time. These Cantillon beers are such an incredible investment. So thrilled to enjoy it with dear friends today.

Lots of hay, old hops, some cheesy notes. Goes in the slight oxidation and sweet wine territory when getting warmer but mixes nicely with the rest. Properly dry.

Softy pour une cantillion. Ça descend pareil tho. Barique bien présente et c'est assez sec. Well done
