What a treat! Hoping my trip doesn’t get cancelled

Need more lambic in my life. Big carb. So effervescent. Bubbles popping and tickling my nose as I take the first sips. Rhubarb blends well with the funky base. This is more gueuze like with a bit more tartness. Lemon and green apple. Delicious

28Nov2018. Rhubarb is heavy in this - earthy, bitter, vegetal, yet sweet/tart and juicy. Was not expecting that, given how the fruit had disappeared in a recent '17 bottle. Funk/acid within the normal Cantillon range.

I probably would have liked this with a real pour

More funk than the TH, but more acid that fruity notes

Rabarber zal nooit mijn favoriet worden. Gelukkig is de lambik erg goed

Horse leather and funk with light rhubarb- more like uncooked rhubarb so it's not heavy fruit which is pleasant.

First Father’s Day celebratory beer. It seemed appropriate.
