Def improved for a global warming batch. Lemon, funky wood, barn door, hay and earthy grain. Pronounced and bright. No longer a 'tart wheat ale' 4.4.

Weird experience here! Was bottled without a cork (!), which has helped provide some oxidation, though far off from being bad. This one is weirdly extra dry, musty, and brett-y with funk that’s almost overpowering. Slight plastic-y aftertaste.

Dipping into my Cantillon stash, now that I have acquired some new bottles to replenish. How could it be anything but 5…it’s the standard.

The tartness faded away, the funk is on the walnut side, extremely sessionable, I missed it!

As amazing as I recall from having this at the Cantillon brewery. Has aged well though it has a little bite I don't recall from before (although, as a sour, that's not really an issue).

After 2 weeks of red stripes and Guinness, this is pretty great

Schoon geuzeke, initieel beetje citrus en glijdt mooi over in droge funk die lang blijft plakken. Ergens tussendoor nog een grassig bittertje.

Super dry and funky. Still some tart and little sweetness. Crisp and super light. Vastly complex.

Funk 3, fruit 1, barrel 3, tart 2. Good amount of pepper and cedar.
