Aroma is nice, classic barnyard, wood. However, there is no carbonzation at all which ruins everything down in taste so instead of fruitiness, tartness and funkiness we have sirupy beer.. Never thought I would give poor rate to Cantillon

This is definitely a beer to share with more than 2. A bit of heartburn was had after this.

Lambic is traditional! Quite young this one so lots of wood in amongst the funk

Well my corkscrew broke so its been a struggle to pop this cork. Ok nose. Nice earthy notes. Good bittersour end. Time for more cheese me thinks.
