I love fou! The apricot and funk are so well balanced. Apricot starts off acidic but quickly disappears with horse blanket and dry straw mouth feel

A little birthday Fou is always an awesome tradition. Bright, lemon and a warm sweet apricot finish that is very balanced and delicate. Little bit of funk developing on the tail. Beautiful beer

Bottled Aug 19’. An all time classic that didn’t let down at all. It’s got this incredible balance of sourness and sliced peaches.

Tydlig doft av aprikos. Fruktig smak av aprikos och minttugg. Balanserad med fin syra

Efterincheckning. Klämmer till med en 4.75 här. Samma tydliga lambic-bas som vigneronne men här med mer utalad doft och smak av aprikos. Lätt mintighet i doft. Fortfarande spelar lambicen största rollen vilket gör det "balanserat" och för mig väldigt gott

Best of the bunch as far as classic Fou taste goes (2017 is also awesome but a very different beast right now), super fruit forward but also pretty funky and till allows the base to shine

Still one of m favorite beers but damn after trying both Raf‘s and Sam‘s beers a few times these past months its very traditional and simplistic. Once again that‘s not necessarily a bad thing! Adapting the rating tho.
