Haven't had this fresh from the bottle in so long. Massive floral vibe, incredibly smooth carb. Amazing blend!

2023.03.22. Apricot, flour, elderberry and lemon in the aroma. Smooth mouthfeel. Very light and watery. In the flavor I could detect white pepper, pu-er tea, baked white bread, and lemon water. Dry and crushable.

Really nice sour beer. Interesting nose w lightly floral hop note & mild funk. Light bodied brew w soft malt bill. I really like the hop element here. Light floral noble hop character adds depth to complex sour profile. Mild acidity w some funk in finish

Not too funky. Not too tart. Some fermenty orange marmalade, with mild weed funk. One of the more approachable loons I’ve had.

Zure bieren zijn niet mijn favoriet maar deze is niet zo extreem zodat je toch nog goed van de diverse de smaken kan genieten

Funky with lingering bitterness on the finish. Good carbonation even after leaving open in the fridge overnight
