Fragrant oaky nose. Taste is sour, dry yet soft. Lots of rhubarb both in acidity and taste

Young, but probably the best vintage overall. The recipe is really dialed in. Beautiful

From last night at LHK. Happy New Year! Nath 2017-2022 vertical. My favorite was 2019, followed by 2020 and 2021, 2017, 2022 and 2018. Love love love rhubarb. This one exhibited quite a strident character. Acidic

El ruibarbo sigue dominante, muy herbal y hasta azumagada. Pero la base ha evolucionado para bien, mucho umami y envolvente en boca.
