Wonderful nose: funk, hints of pipe tobacco, citrus, wood. Palate follows, more tart than expected, and surprisingly different than the bottle I had just two months ago. Classic Cantillon floral funk, and surprisingly sediment-free.

Much funkier than a typical Cantillon gueuze, port comes out more as it warms. Curious to see how this tastes in a few years

Starting off my weekend right! Excellent, lots of port and wood coming through along with layers of brett and soft acidity.
