Token Cantillion taste, aged in port wine barrels, so has some sweetness left over. I’d like to age a bottle a few more years. Pairs very well with the De Rank XX bitter

Nieco straciło według mnie, ale nadal dużo słodyczy, tanin ciut, drewno, ta beczka gra tu fajnie. Kwaśność taka w punkt, trochę między cytryną a kwasem mlekowym. Finisz pestki i mokre drewno. 4.4

Aromat intensywny, słodki, drewniany. W smaku wuchta owoców. Kwaśność dość wysoka. Dzikość mocno wyczuwalna. Końcówka niestety żelazista.

Sour, tart, dry. Sherry, dry oak, citrus, musty funk. Smooth, a little bit acidic. Very nice.
