On est sur ... Quelque chose. Une bière de 2018, vieillie pendant 3 ans dans un fût de Porto. Un arôme explosif, une acidité qui conquit les papilles, et le goût du Porto qui arrive en fin pour ne pas qu'on l'oublie. Un bonheur 🙏🏻

Nez boisé et nutty. C’est tout doux en bouche, un peu raisin sec, pointe minérale, « poussière »/musty-ish. Le porto me paraît discret

Idk if I was just faded, but this bottle tastes WAY better than the last one I had. So much so that I was certain it had to be a different year. Delicious. Triscuits on the nose.

Amazing character. Oaky, leathery, herbal, spicy, barnyardy. Orange peels. Beautifully layered and complex. #3500 unique beer. Nobody cares.
