This has got to be the perfect age on this. Just a week or so from 2 years. So much juicy cherry without any overly lactic or vinegar flavors.

Elle commence à avoir changée, beaucoup moins tranchante et plus bigarreau. Je pense que ça vaut le coup de faire vieillir quelques kriek.

LCI. This was spot on for a Sunday! A nice aging, giving the lambic a bit of time to come up in the mix. Dry, funky, a bit dusty in the nicest way, while still having a good amount of fruit and almond notes. Delightful!

Well for my first cantillon I really understand why these guys are one of the best brewery in the world. It’s tart, sour but in a gentle way it’s not too agressive. The taste of cherry is really good. Good beer !
