Lovely apricot and stone fruit. Nose is so jammy and mouthwatering, but I have to admit that this is just too sour.

So delicious. Up there with some of the most sour beers I've had. Full funk, oak and apricot flavor.

Vrij bitter voor een Fou Foune -> Edit: even alles uit de fles gemengd (behalve het gist) en hij is meteen veel fruitiger en zachter. Blijkbaar zakt ie toch wat uit met verloop van tijd

Strong apricots. Quite tart for Fou. Lightly acetic. Barnyardy funk. Chalky and dry. Thanks, Chris W.
