This year's is less sweet and a bit more acidic than 2020. Definitely closer to fresh 2019

Bright, peachy, tart, and surprisingly crushable. Going on 4 hours of sleep, but had to get a draft Cantillon because…… we’re in Brussels!!! 🇧🇪🥰🙏

Heerlijk. 2020 was naar mijn idee nog fruitiger. Deze is op 1 of andere manier wat wateriger. Misschien omdat hij van de tap komt? Geen scherpe randjes ofzo wat ik wel had verwacht. Is al heel goed

4.10. Still lots of fermentation sourness. Fruitiness is not open enough and depressed by the sour wort flavors.

Misty Pale orange. Apricot in aroma and taste but also yeasty and bready notes that I haven't come across in this beer I previous vintage. Good.

It was better out of the barrel, might be in a bad phase right now, very buttery. Nose is like candy. These bottles will need some time.

Lepsze zdecydowanie niż z kranu ale też cień foufouna. Jest owocowe ale lekko jogurcik, dzikie, mineralne, cierpkie, kwaśne w punkt.
