Couldn’t not really… 5% on the board. This was meant to be the very not sensible nightcap, but now that I’m here… I may need to sample some more. Great bar 🍻

Vigneronne ai fut, a must take if you find one. Fresh and fruity, prickly acidy grape lambic. All the flavours of grapes without the dull heavy white wine pressure.

Grapey. White winey. Sour and tart. But with some unexpected light sweet, nearly caramelly, undertones. Is it so young? Have to revisit this one later.

White wine grape, delicate tarte funky edge, dry yet subtle bittersweet finish, absolutely beautiful beer, poetic.

As much as a Lambic can have, this has a bigger body than the Lamvinus, much fruitier. A tad more sour to boot
