It's the first time I open a "fresh" Vig bottle, damn that is beautiful, light tartness, white grape, white wine, young funk, slightly woody 😋, I think I prefer it fresh, definitely! 🥰 Bottled 07.10.2021

E poi vedo una Cantillon alla spina... la Vigneronne lambic con moscato meno acida di altre profuma di mosto vino frutta ed ha un colore è aspetto da succo di frutta ace velatissimo i profumi e gli aromi della casa comunque ci sono tutti

Très cool, bien funky, on sent vraiment le lambic non blendé en fond et le fruité du raisin avec un peu de rondeur. Acidité toute douce

Tastes like a fizzier white wine, and less acidic than the a gueze. Hong loves Cantillon and swears this is the only beer he’ll ever enjoy
