Lovely fruit Lambic. Amazing berries profile. Medium aggressiveness. Tart, acidic, moldy. Wild, rustic. Astringent. Acetone edge. Quite complex. Impressive. Elegant, classy. Vinous. Low-medium bodied, silky, mineral, almost smooth. Woody/oakey. Vegetal.

Темно-красный туман, розовая борода. Ноздри: ягоды, фрукты, древесина, зеленые яблоки, цветы. Гортань: лимон, жимолость, цветочная пыльца, немного лимона, клюква, черника, малина, минеральная вода. Терпкое послевкусие красного винограда.

LCI d'hier! Beaucoup sur fruit, quasi confiture! Un peu de funk, tart juste à point, assez unidirectionnel sur le fruit! J'aurais pris plus de baril et de funky pour élever ça à un niveau transplanétaire à mon sens! C'est extrêmement bien fait!

Vraiment sur le fruit, presque confiture. Goût de camerise/canneberge. Pas mal de funk, barrique de chêne, très effervescente. C’est oui!

The berries pop a little bit more out of the bottle than on draft, I thought. Not particularly vegetal. Very enjoyable
