Apricot and green apple.. but also nail polish with a mouldy cellar edge. The taste is quite mellow and rounded, but a central vein of tartness and funk keeps things interesting. Lactic silk arrives late and stays timid.

Zacht, pittig, een zoetje, een zuurtje en heel veel..... van alles. Heel mooi gelaagd en met een subtiel bittertje. Geweldige gueuze!

漂亮，很饱满的味道。青苹果，马厩，发酵感。喝着很轻盈愉快。入口是很收敛的，大部分味道在中段爆发，余味比较持久，但是略微水了一点。结构上组织的也很不错，层次分明。气泡感很不错，跳跃而充满活力。做的也不是很干。 很棒，标杆性的老贵兹。

Mit 28 Monaten in der Flasche noch ein Jungspund. Erfrischende Säure, Pfirsich und Holz. Schon eine sehr runde Sache. Funktioniert auch im Winter.
