+ Excelente e bem elegante, acidez media, feno, herbal bem proeminente, lembrou alecrim, hortela, funky e celeiro. Notas de frutas amarelas como abacaxi e pessego em calda. Servico completo do Publican com cestinha da bokke e tudo mais.

4Jan2016 bottle. Questionable cellaring; lots of sticky black goo near the lip, pink mold under the cap. Cork intact but wet, emerged with a big pop. Huge carb, rocky head. Subtle funk, red apple skins, grassy hops and intense minerality on the finish.
