Eerste proeverij in 37,5. Stroperiger dan de 2021 en dan de grote fles, meer uitgesproken framboos voorwaarts. Lekker, maar misschien nog even laten liggen? Vanwaar het verschil 75/37,5?

A beautiful lambic, which has a full flavour sharpness of raspberry which gives this a thirst quenching beer. A real summer or hot weather beer as you want this as a thirst quencher fabulous lambic. It has a sour and sharpness but even balanced

Nose full of Raspberries…Very tart, acidic an funkin’ minerals.

Bottle Very different than on draft at Zwanze Day. This is effectively flat, but still tasty and fruit forward.

Soaking wet cork, drops of beer on the cap, huge pop, loads of carbonation. Tons of sweet fresh raspberry. Gaht damn delicious.

The acidity is sharp, the flavor is rich and jam-like, and the texture is well… it’s like fruit jelly! Although I am not fond of Rose de Gambrinus bottles, I think I like this tap version.
