Rosé De Gambrinus (2022)

Lambic - Framboise

The Rosé de Gambrinus Cantillon is obtained by macerating fresh raspberries in two years old Lambic. Its complex aromas and sour taste make this unique beer an excellent thirst-quencher. Keep at a temperature of 12-15• and serve at 6-7•. Beer with taste evolution. In order to fully appreciate the fruity taste of the Rosé de Gambrinus, it is best to drink it within one year after the purchase. To be drunk preferably within 10 years after the bottling date.

Nooo dysonans mocno. W zapachu wyraźny ocet, malina z krzaka, ziemistość taka (?) Dziwne. W smaku ściągające, dość kwaśne, rześkie i... ocet. Kurde inaczej zapamiętałem poprzednie roczniki, to jakieś takie całościowo mniej fajnie poskładane, za młode?

Sweet but extremely balanced, heavy on the raspberry but still funky as you'd hope.

Malt Does More

3/2022 bottle. Right, w/ 2018. Prefer this one by far, even to the 375ml 2022 I had recently. Full mouthfeel, big berry with moderate tartness mitigated by a jamminess. Tarter ending and hugely mouthwatering linger. Still my favorite framboise by far.

I may have missed Vancouver's Farmhouse Fest but those fools apparently didn't drink all the Cantillon, and I am happy to say that their loss is my gain, cos this tart berry juice is woody and delicious!

Lci. 2022 mot 2015. 2022 er som å spise bringebær rett fra kjerret. Fruktig, in your face. 2015 lukter bringebærsaft og har en tydelig økt syrlighet. Begge solide!

This might just be the most extreme beer thing I’ve had. Taste like bark in vinegar yet guess what I it. Every sip initially tastes of raspberry then the bark vinegar hits you in the aftertaste. There really is nothing to recommend yet I quite like it.
