Cantillon at last. Fruity cherry and raspberry, not too much acidity. Nice and full for 5-6%.

Not off, but little lacto acidity arises in finish. Still great with abundant raspberry flavor.

Always great to be back here, and it’s the first time with Cayden in tow! This is a bit fresh and tarter than I’d prefer, but it’s hard to turn down a Loon on draft.

Not sure if a problem with the cask, this one came out completely flat. Might have been a bit more difficult to drink without carbonation, but the flavors are just superincreased: the fruit explodes! 4.4

Of the Cantillon on draft, this was the stand out! Sharp intense fruit which layers the acidity and funk on the finish. The best fruited lambic and possibly Cantillons best beer.

On keg draught. Excellent tart framboise with great raspberry flavours coupled with decent funk and acidity.
