Jammy, super fresh berries. Cranberries. Not overly acidic. Cinnamon? Would love to try a bigger pour sometime, interesting lambic.

Astringence de la camerise. Un goût de fruit rouge renchéri, beaucoup plus que ce que je m’attendais. Base Cantillon loveable

Au nez, ça sent la Cantillon, pas de doute Mais en bouche, c'est plus timide et ça paraît un peu jeune. Néanmoins c'est toujours très quali et c'est toujours un plaisir (couleur incroyable ++)

Edible honeysuckle? Haskap berries? A new one for me, but fantastic in the hands of Cantillon. Wonderfully integrated fruit with bracing tartness. 🤤
