So elegant. A classic, a traditional raw Lambic. Enormous farm notes. Leather, horse, barn, hay, sweat, Brett, dryness. Acidic, rustic, wild. Woody, oakey. Grain/cereal. Stone fruits feel. Low bodied, silky, mineral, low carb, flat. So refreshing. Lovely.

Smells very sour if I may say. Acidic but not intruding, almost inviting. Sip by sip this is getting better.
