Insanely funky and musty aroma. Still very alive in the bottle. Very smooth and crisp. Like an insanely crisp cherry but bone dry. Very subtle. Has almost no acidic or tart harshness.

Quite sour, but not too much. Marzipan and Christmas spices.

Dziko, wiśniowo bardzo, skórkowe. W ustach funky lekko, kwasik na średnim poziomie bez octu, wiśnie, trochę piwnicy, sporo cierpkości, taniczne, mocno skórkowe. Aj ta cierpka skórka zawsze na propsie

Packs a tart punch. I typically prefer them a bit more sweet but a good strong cherry flavour and aroma makes up for it.

Happy new year all! Think I've cellared this one 6 months past its best - the cherry is still there but a lot of the tartness overall has dulled.

Still a lot of good cherry notes, but acidity level is rising. A5 Japanese wagyu 👌🏻

1-12-17 bottle. Not the cherry pie flavor like a lot of bottles as fruit was pretty subdued. Some funk. Low acidity. Good bottle but not a standout

Softening as it ages. Sour but not overly so, more tart than sour, dry and rather smooth. Certainly a pleasant drink
