This is why cellaring beer is fun. Deep bakers spice. Lovely cherry presence. Funky without being overly acidic. A perfect beer for zwanze day.

Cherry jammy goodness. The beer is holding up very well at three years old. Still what I remember it tasting like fresh.

Special day, special bottle. This one goes out to my second (and new) daughter. Absolutely delicious. Soft sour cherry notes. White grapes. Dry finish. Bright and enjoyable. Perfectly done.
