So we move onto Belgian course of the evening. Quite a treat having this as it can only be bought 1 per person. Slightly sour, but not overly so. Hint of acidity for 5%. Funky aroma almost weed esque

Lovely profile. Just floral, earthy. Rustic. Medium aggressiveness. Farm grip. Funky and moldy. Apple/pear and citrus. So easy. Acidic/acetic. Woody, oakey. Grainy. Low-medium bodied, silky, smooth, almost soft. Mineral. Young Lambic. Lovely. Easy/classy.

Grapefruit zest, elderflower, hay, wood like very complexed impressions. Medium tartness, very mild sweetness, hint of bitterness, mild astringency. Very mild carbonation, medium body. Delicious!

All the good things of a locker room, without any jocks or other drawbacks (aka, it smells and tastes funky in a good way). Tad watery though, which was unexpected.

Dry funky and tart. Slight Green Apple, refreshing and complex. Rough around the edges Bit mellows Out with some oxygen
