Nez crissement étrange, gros tabac. Texture quand même bien ronde, très sèche, funk particulièrement étrange... absolument rien à voir avec la bouteille que j'ai bu cette été!

First Cantillon of my trip here in Spain and man does it taste great.

First sip is a strong funky white wine taste with a strong dry bitterness, utterly crazy and hard to fully describe but utterly fantastic. I won’t up with this taste still lingering in my mouth with a bag hangover the day after I had it!
