The Gueuze is the only Cantillon I've had, but this is my third vintage. Big surprise, the condition is miles beyond the one I had in Japan. Probably the loveliest, most pleasant Gueuze I've ever had. Not even sure how something like this exists.

Some sweet and acidic perfectly combined, with some lemon, oak and funk flowed by an oily dryish finish

Veel beter dan ik gewend ben van Cantillon qua geuze. Vrij hoppig, beetje chlorig, maar vooral erg zacht.

27-10-20. Normaliter geen fan van Cantillon OG, deze smaakt echter goed. Beetje zwavelig, klein botertje wellicht?

Dry and bitter. Lots of dank/weed notes to smell, lemon rind and earthy jalapeno flavours.
