와우, 식초와 과일의 중간쯤 되는 향과 함께 펑키함과 오크가 올라옵니다. 깐띠용답게 아주 밝은 맛입니다. 신선한 시트러스 계열 과일맛과 함께 약간의 떫은맛이 마무리를 지어줍니다. 딱 1년만 더 묵었으면 산미가 주변의 맛과 더욱 어우러질 것 같습니다. 한우돌곱창 많이 이용해주세요.

Espuma blanca y efervescente . Aroma manzana verde, vinagre blanco , pimienta , galleta y pera . Baja carbonización . En boca es apenas cítrica , terrosa y repite nariz en un todo .

Relatively still Gueuze, certainly not as carbed as other vintages. Nearly two years in the bottle and there’s still a prominent sharp sweetness. Not a ton of mustiness yet.
