Samen met De Cam oude geuze 2021 gedronken. Scherper en misschien wel rijker en complexer in aroma's. Astringentie en vinous.

A real special one from Cantillon, what a beer this is, a lovely lambic with a mainly sour juicy undertone, a nice tart mouthfeel oozing with wheaty goodness. A great example of a spontaneous fermentation brew🍺🔥

Fresh bottle, very smooth & harmonic blend, pleasant malty sweetness rounded up by a soft tartness, mild tannins & bitterness, tart apples, lemon juice, subtle on the funk
