Still pure raspberry jam. Acidity is super well balanced and it's soft fluffy and just perfect.

Unreal. Complex umami unlike most anything I've had. Fairly dry acidity with pleasant sulphurous berries. Feels like this is right in it's wheelhouse 5 years past the bottling date. Super glad to have opened this right now.

That old raspberry funk. Polarising but I love it. Old wet socks, dusty berry leather, newspaper. Dried redcurrants. No getting around it, the acid is certainly not mild. But every now and then in a beer like this, jts alright.

O tempo fez a framboesa quase sumir, mas isso não é problema pra mim. Muito funky, cobertor de cavalo, caprilicio, notas minerais (sal de fruta), ácido lático, acético, fenólico (pimentão), cereais.Final seco, muito azedo e consideravelmente salgado. Amo!

Still carbed, but the fruit is fantastic while still maintaining that funk. This particular bottle will age well.
