Right one. Delicate apricot, delicate carbonation. This perfectly embodies a sour without biting tartness, which I prefer.

Sat pretty well over 1.5-2 years, mellowing out the tart and slightly underripe character of the apricot in this vintage w the rest of the tart, tannic, and pleasantly acidic Lambic. I do enjoy the sweetness of a dried apricot that comes across the nose

참 맛있게 잘 익었다. 오히려 신선할 때 보다 거슬리는 게 없으니 프루티함이 더 강조되는 듯 하다. 아직 짱짱한 산미가 남아있음
