Niet zo intens als voorgaande vintages. Romig, klein zuurtje en een iet-wat droge afdronk. Nice.

Solid dose funk, fersken og litt svovel. Fruktig,litt syrlig og godt balansert. Litt vørter. Elegant.🕺

Fruit feels less 'ripe' than previous batches, sweetness is toned down, makes for good balance with the lambic - let's the funk start to show already
