6.5% ABV / 林檎のふくよかなイメージはCantillonのイメージであるが、（女性）ワイン醸造家という名にあるようにマスカットを漬け込んだランビックである。その明るくスムースな飲みやすさはランビックの酸味としては相対的に弱く感じるかもしれないが、自分にはよく合う味わい。

Bright apple/citrus vinous notes, musty funk and touch acetic on the finish. Still one of my fav 🍇 lambics that I’ve had.

Première fois que j’apprécie autant cette bière. Je sais pas si c’est la batch qui vient me chercher davantage mais j’ai beaucoup aimé la complexité de cette bière. Beaucoup de caractère gueuzesque mais on pouvait apprécier la touche vineuse du raisin.
