맛나다 색은 약간 아쉽긴하지만 약간아 떫음과 약간 산뜻한 포도, 체리, 라즈베리 느낌이 아주 좋다. 마지막에 남는 타르티함이랑 쿰쿰함도 최고

Amazing bottle. Softly spiced like black pepper, then vinous, woody, apples, grapefruit, moderately acid and funk, some leather suggestions. Properly tart and medium carbonation. Excellent balance of flavors. 4.65

This reminds me Trousseau & Poulsard on some points ofc but I can't clearly identify the amphora ageing 😁, fresh and peppery grapes, sweet notes, lovely 👍

Après 1 an sans check-in. Celle ci en vaut la peine ! C’est fin, léger, toute petite carbo et acidité, buvabilitée +++ Gros coup de cœur !

Uitzonderlijk, bijzonder aroma van dat niet onmiddellijk aan een andere druif of vrucht of gist doet denken, wat 'oud', in de mond zeer mooie fruitigheid, eerder frambozen of aardbeien .. zeer intrigerend bier, aan te bevelen !
