Tastes like a Sangiovese wine showing spicy, cherry, and wild funky characters. Smooth mouthfeel. Light-bodied.

Bittled november 7th 2022 - different grape mix than usual: merlot(55%), grenache noir (35%) and Syrah (10%)

Bit thin and not as good as previous vintages but absolutely not bad. Would almost say it’s a different beer as the addition of other grapes prove it. It drinks super easy with nice grape and red fruit tones. Little funk and hardly sour. Interesting..
