Smooth, moderate acidic, dry, vinous, some dark grapes, citrus and berries. Tastes like very young and fresh wine. I was expecting something extra everything (it’s not) but it’s balanced and tasty.

Love it. Vinous, juicy red grape, oak, light crittery funk, mild cork, lemon skin, tart but not acidic or abrasive. Not as complex as some of the upper-echelon Cantillons, but fantastic nonetheless. Eminently drinkable.

Somewhat nutty/woody. Fruity. Sweetbitter. Slightly astringent. Smooth and soft. Low in carbonation

2021 release. Immensely disappointing, but still a good beer

Batch #2, bottle 900. Incredibly complex with loads of different flavours. Slightly tart with almost a fruity red wine taste. At £16 per third of a pint, this must be pretty much at the top of the most expensive beers I've ever tried list!

Richer, earthier than usual cantillon from my experience. The grape is the most forward of the bunch tasted here.

Lovely grape-forward. Bright and surprising, some fig and cranberry. Earthy notes in both the lambic and the wine

Grapes, red wine, tart. Light sour. Good but not loved this batch.

Kicked off Zwanze Day 2022 with a decanted version of this offering. Delicious and will be even better in a few years.

Vinosa si, ma secondo me il sapore potrebbe essere un pò più deciso..Saint Lamvinus risulta essere la scelta migliore
