Lambic - Fruit

Lambic blend with blue honeysuckle, or haskap, berries. For the past two years, we’ve been making a fruited blend with Camerise berries in small quantities. These berries are slightly sweet with a beautiful acidity. We didn’t have to look very far for a its new name... a blue fruit that makes a blood-red beer: Sang Bleu. Our friend Ammo has outdone himself once again, creating a superb new label to go with its new name.

얼마 전에 바틀을 맛있게 마셔서 그런지 드래프트는 조금 아쉬운 것 같다. 블루베리가 터질말 말랑 생각보다 정제된 느낌이다. 향도 파워가 약간 약한 것 같다. 그래도 전반적인 은은함과 밸런스는 꽤 훌륭하다.
