Aging beautifully. Doesn't taste old at all. Soft with tons of white grape and a slightly tart finish.

Too sour right now. Still some fruit and some good minerality but the acidity holds this back.

Oldest lambic I’ve had so far and it did not disappoint. Had some mild mold on the cork but didn’t affect the flavor. Sharp but paired wonderfully with an Italian dinner. If only I could hold onto my other bottles for this long

TBT. At In de Verzekering tegen de Grote Dorst on Easter Sunday. One of the best beer experiences of my life was being at this legendary bar on Easter sipping lambic with locals. Nice vintage with strong cantillon house funk, oak, and grapes.

Faded fruit, wet basement funk. Second pour with a bit of air Is more enjoyable.

Can't describe the nose on this. Maybe a little less wine like? Thanks Mark P. !
