Most of the fruit was gone, that was expected. A nice characteristic Cantillon taste, quite the beer to celebrate the moving :)

Drank really nicer for a somewhat older bottle. Still lots of fruit, some nice fruit presence still, and moderately low acidity

Jan 11 2016. Pleasant jammy raspberry aroma. Strawberry and raspberry fruit with crisp acidity building through finish with mineral funk throughout. Bright and crisp, not bad for this beer and age

Very high pressure in the bottle. Half of it leaked in my cellar 🙁. It was therefore time to drink it and it was excellent 😊
