I don’t fully wish I lived in Belgium, but it wouldn’t be bad. Little weak on raspberries after time.

December 29, 2016. Still lots of fruit, especially on the nose. Modest+ funk. Medium+ acidity.

We drank this bottle after 4 years and half of fermentation..When we opened this bottle was very sparkling..This beer in the glass smelled of mold and a bit of fruit,to taste it’s a lambic beer acid and watery with something else at the end hints of fruit

Jan 13 2016 375ml. It’s acidic, but that good mouthwatering acidity you can’t stop taking small sips of. Dense raspberry, bitter seedy notes, lemon, cherry, and sour blackberry round her out. This is a great bottle, cheers!!!

Acid is way down. Fruit is shining. Raspberry jam all day long. This is aging so well.

Funky, shortly sweet, fruity, really sour, dry (tart) to bone. Full flavored, even after more than 4 years in the bottle.

Red color faded a bit. Big fluffy head. Musty/dusty raspberries and some medium barnyard funk. Mouthfeel is on the fuller side for Cantillon. Acidity restrained. These 2016 RdG bottles are awesome.

Checking in on the lot I’ve been aging since visiting the holy land itself, holding up brilliantly. One bottle left of this and can’t wait to see how it’s drinking in a few years.

Lot calmer on the fruit after this time and not shockingly acidic... nicely complex on the back end.. almost nutty.. good

Kalendarz adwentowy 12/26. Ladna butelka, ladny rocznik, malinki dalej w pelnej mocy, kwasnosc (i jakby gorzkosc?) duzo mocniejsza niz w swiezych rocznikach. Pyszka, do chlania na litry. 4.3
