Indescribably complex nose. Hits like a smelling salt with yeast and acid and oxidation. Eventually it settles and more floral notes arrive. Would’ve expected way more acid, it’s actually quite mild and bitter by now. Very tannic, good amount of oxidation

Fris frambozensap. Koolzuur oké. Zuurgraad in orde. Niet overdreven spannend. Maar wel boordevol smaak.

Really good, but I think I prefer RdG young. Still has plenty of raspberry, but more lambic funk creeping in

Incredible. The funk and fruit are in harmony. There is a tartness from the beer, and a slight sweetness from the raspberries.

Checking in on the lot I’ve been aging since visiting the holy land itself, holding up brilliantly. One bottle left of this and can’t wait to see how it’s drinking in a few years.

Acid is way down. Fruit is shining. Raspberry jam all day long. This is aging so well.

Jan 13 2016 375ml. It’s acidic, but that good mouthwatering acidity you can’t stop taking small sips of. Dense raspberry, bitter seedy notes, lemon, cherry, and sour blackberry round her out. This is a great bottle, cheers!!!

We drank this bottle after 4 years and half of fermentation..When we opened this bottle was very sparkling..This beer in the glass smelled of mold and a bit of fruit,to taste it’s a lambic beer acid and watery with something else at the end hints of fruit

December 2016 - excellent! Still showing lots of nice young ripe raspberry but some funk has developed and it’s divine. Thanks David!!

April 11 2016 bottle. This date’s been a favorite for a few years now and at 5 and a half years it doesn’t disappoint! Gorgeous framboise, juicy nose w a touch of seed, bit of sweetness remains on palate along with minerals n funk, creamy mouth, A+!!!
