Can't get over the fact the nose is jam and sake. Taste is nothing like that: raspberry, lactobacillus (but not unwelcome) and a bit of honey

It's our 14th anniversary so we're having something special, amazing as expected, maybe even better, funky nose leads into a complex middle where the dance of fruit, wild yeast and funk flavors continue... fantastic stuff!!

One of the best sour beers i’ve ever had. Strong raspberry smell, not so pronounced in flavour. The sour flavour hit strong, leaving to a complex fruity aftertaste, maybe because of the aging. Would give another ride, no doubt about it.

Very little raspberry left, but tons of sour. Perhaps a year or two passed it’s peak.

Raspberries so tart you could peel paint with them, a cheesy funk, and acidity like nothing else. These are really good with a few years on them.
