Bière de garde, très pétillante, fraîche et équilibrée.

Very light sour beer, not exactly my style but liking the lambic better than a traditional sour.

So well balanced. Subtle tartness & funk. A light cantaloupe/ pear note; peach. Light oak & acidity; white pepper. Bit of juicy (?), horse blanket that’s been resting on the flank funk. Lingering moreish finish. Forgot the picture, so photo of a taster!

Yeah, it's a young cantillon Geuze, so it's what you woulf expect. Still pretty sweet, not a lot of character yet. Good to have a bottle in the cellar for the future 😉

Apricot funk, subtle sense of wood, acetone at the edges. Butyric is quite faint. The whip of acid is there in the palate but the tongue gets gentler treatment from the bretty tones. Hmm. Something about how I remember Cantillon is less evident.

Более сельхозная тема, чем предыдущий 3ф. Баланс кислотности по итогу в сторону более сладкую, чем 3ф, и в целом есть ощущение более лайтовой столовой истории, но после глотка кислинка догоняет, местами даже чуть резковатая.

Very drinkable gueuze. Pleasant, tart flavor, not super deep though.
