As usual, Cantillon knocking it out of the park. Subtle, brett, balanced and beautifully done. So happy I bought one to age.

14 june. Refreshing gueuze with a lot of ageing potential. Lots of oak and white wine character with restrained acidity.

Beautiful and elegant Sharp and sour lemon and grapefruit, barnyard funk, ammonia (in a positive way!) and a slight sweet caramel biscuit
