C’est jeune, c’est vif mais très fin, l’abricot est juste bien dosé, une bien belle bouteille, à tenter un peu vieillie, ce doit être assez fou

8/3/9/4/18 A Lot Essig. Zwar hauptsächlich in der Nase, aber für ein Pfirsich Lambik definitiv zu viel. Der sanftsaure Fruchtfleischtrunk ist allerdings gelungen geschmeidig, wobei ganz zum Schluss noch die etwas unreife Alupfefferpeitsche knallt🖖

Fruktig, fersken, lett syrlig og frisk. Rund og avbalansert, litt tørr preg i ettersmaken.

Fruktig, aprikos, lett bitterhint, tørr og søtlig. En meget god kombinasjon, som kan bli endra bedre om noen år.
