This was great. Perfect balance of sweet malt, fruit, and sourness. Great body very approachable and very beautiful pour. The only thing you could do to make this better is cellar it

Thanks The Beer Captain. Fucking amazing. Peach fuzz, oak, perfect balance between acidity and malt sweetness, apricot/stone fruit is so subtle, lightly effervescent carbonation.

Today's work done I hope. Celebrating with a nice fresh brew. Misty apricot colour without foam. Nice rich apricot aroma together with some sourness. Taste also clean with a great apricot vibe and a gentle sour background. Fresh and elegant tasting. Gr8.

Very little sourness, just fruit with a tiny bit of lemon, maybe some apple

Lots of fruit but some other fresh batches have had even more. That's not a major complaint though.

Den nya årgången håller bra på fat. Rejält fruktintensiv, men har en ruff match utifrån att Bokke var en av ölen tidigare i kön idag.

Maybe my least favorite fresh fou. Apricots are subtle and funk is missing. If this was blind I may not even know it was cantillon let alone a geuze.

Cantillon on super. Aprikoosi igas sammus lainetena ja natuke peale vihmana. Väga mahlane, pehme hape, aprikoos kenasti esil. Mineraalsust vähe. Jätkuvalt minu lemmik lambic.
