Rocznik 2019. Subtelnie stajenne, lekko cytrusowe. Solidny kwasik. Wysokie ciało, jak na lambika.

Very kind of this man to give us some of his! More of a lambic than a gueuze apparently, unfermented. Flat, honeyish, bright but musty

2019 wersja. Zapach pestkowe, cytrusy, lekko funky, średnio intensywne. Smak pół wytrawne, kwaśne, cytrusy, pestkowe, lekko ocet, lekko funky, średnio intensywne, grzeczne, trochę inny charakter niż poprzednia butelka.

15 Oct 2019, haven’t cracked a bottle of this in a long time. Flavor profile is doing well - very “sweaty” funk, moldy lemon rind and cork/cellar, crittery. I do wish it had just a tad more carbonation (almost none). Love it, though.
