Fully lacks the explosive fruitiness on the nose that a fresh bottle would have, but what is there is really nice: fuzzy apricot skin. Palate is surprisingly tart off the bat, with nice apricot entering as the tartness softens. Very nice, but yet more

It has aged really well. Good carbonation, abundance of semi-ripe apricot on the nose, tart & little sour, funky, dry. Very nice.4.40

Cellared horizontally at 12c since the online release. Apricots shined in the aroma. Nice carbonation and the trademark Cantillon tartness was there. A great vintage.
