香りはすごい樽のバニラやキャラメルぽい感じがする。酸や泡の感じがしっかり残ってて状態良い、葡萄の果実の感じは経時で消えてるけど、少し酸っぱい梅鰹系の強い旨みと塩味が混ざった味わい、度数5%でこの強い味わいを出せるのか。 底の方は更に樽の香ばしさが際立つ、これ何由来なんだろう。プラムの果実味が増す。 素晴らしい体験。

コルク無事に開けられました、泡も酸も生きてる、塩気のような旨味が残ってて、コク深い味わいがあるけどオフフレーバーはない、葡萄の味わいは消えてるけど片鱗は感じる、えー想像以上に生きてたわ、素晴らしい…

Completely gone. Doesn’t even deserve a rating honestly. Smells and tastes awfully. Vinegar power plus loads of grapefruit juice. Strong oxidation. Impossible to drink. A pity.
